Kerys started out as a performer after leaving stage school and went on to become a Director primarily in Television. Working for companies such as Sky Sports (vision mixing), Nickelodeon (directing live continuity links), BBC television and Pearson Television. Music video and concert production soon followed alongside managing 2 pop bands.

Being able to mix the technical & creative vision of a director with the flair and continuity of a performer, she went on to work on music videos such as Total (Bad Boy Entertainment), Fumi (London Records), Touch My Soul (commercial for BMG) and reggae artist Phillip Leo (Jet Star) alongside working with artists like SWV, Tricky and Emale (East West Records).

From 1996—2001 she directed and stage-managed Adrian Grant's Annual Michael Jackson event. Last held at The London Apollo, with 3000 strong audience and over 100 performers and crew members. Mr Jackson officially attended the show and his comments were that the show was 'incredible'.

The show has previously hosted artists such as Damage, Shola Ama, 3T, Cleopatra, Kleshay, David Grant and his group 'United Colours of Sound' of Pop Idol fame and Lavelle Smith (choreographer to Michael & Janet Jackson & Beyonce).

As an ex-performer & now Director and Coach she uses her creative ability to co-ordinate and express rhythmic skills through movement (via the camera, choreography or otherwise). All of which are essential in music video, choreography and styling.

Kerys has performance coached, choreographed, advised and managed many artists and students, including — one of the winners of The Gospel singer of the year award — CH4, performers as seen in videos by Womack & Womack, Liberty X, Toni Braxton, & Justin Timberlake; movie Harry Potter and musicals such as The Lion King & Starlight Express.

'I train artists not only on their vocal and dance abilities, but in their styling and performance techniques; and more importantly mental performance power, boosting self-esteem and general all round confidence.

Having seen most sides of the industry I am able to package this knowledge and use it in a positive way to coach and direct those performers out there that not only need a part of their training improving but also need an understanding on the wider scale to help reach their ultimate goals. Fuzion X provides a service that allows this to happen.

Experience and expertise has taken me in many directions and crosses many musical and production genres, but the ability to pull it all together and produce quality material that comes from the heart is what makes for a fantastic final product'.
